57 year old white woman with multiple previous breast augmentation and Benelli lift procedures presented with asymmetry to her breast volume and shape along with contour deformity and early breast sagging off of her implants. She underwent a  breast revision operation with removal of her right breast 560 cc silicone implant in exchange for 520 cc high profile silicone implant, left capsule repair, and bilateral vertical breast lift.
