Description

46 year old White woman with three previous implant operations including two revision operations for capsular contracture in the past done elsewhere with resultant breast deformity and malposition. She underwent breast revision surgery with removal and replacement of her larger 550cc implants for Sientra 470cc smooth round high projection silicone implants and capsule repair plus fat grafting. She is shown 3 years later with much improved symmetry and shape and implant position.
