51 year old woman with previous saline breast augmentation and now with sagging breasts underwent a breast revision surgery with removal of her 350cc saline breast implants for 415cc saline implant on right and 400cc on the left with breast lift.  She is shown 3 months after her operation with much improved shape to her breasts and positioning of her nipples and breast tissue with better symmetry.

Procedure: Bilateral breast lift with implant exchange

Time Frame: 3 months post-op
