45 year old woman with sagging and deflated breasts post pregnancy and breast feeding. She underwent  breast lift and augmentation with Mentor BOOST 375cc smooth round moderate high profile silicone implants in the subpectoral plane. She is shown after two months with much improved shape and volume.
