46 year-old Middle Eastern woman with prior saline breast augmentation 20 years ago with a Benelli lift that resulted in asymmetrical areola in addition to sagging breasts. She wanted perkier breasts with a breast lift and wanted smaller implants to decrease her 36DD cup breasts.  She underwent a breast lift and augmentation  her 460cc saline implants were exchanged for 265cc Mentor BOOST moderate plus profile silicone implants along with a vertical breast lift and liposuction of her under armpit fat.
