Description

47 year old woman who wore a small 34B cup bra wanted to improve the sagging shape of her breast and get a fuller superior pole as well.  She underwent a bilateral breast lift and an augmentation with smooth round moderate plus profile silicone implants (340 cc on the right and 320 cc on the left) and now she has a lifted shape to her breasts and nipples and wears a 34C cup bra.  Photos are from 3 months after her operation.
