Description

61 year old White woman had a breast augmentation 21 years ago followed by four breast revision surgeries all done elsewhere for capsular contracture.  She had another recurrence of capsular contracture especially on the right side with breast deformity and asymmetry.  She underwent a removal & replacement of her silicone breast implants with 355cc Mentor BOOST moderate high profile implants in addition to total capsulectomy and allograft placement for an internal bra support.  She is now 3 months post surgery with a more natural shape to her breasts.
