53 year old white woman with history of previous press, augmentation with silicone implants, reported sagging breasts, asymmetry, and lateral malposition.  She underwent bilateral breast revision with removal and replacement of her 415cc silicone implants with new 545 cc high profile mentor BOOST implants with breast lift (Mastopexy) and lateral capsule tightening. She is shown three months later with much improved breast shape and implant positioning and nipple symmetry and position.
