53 year old mother of two with 36D bra cup sagging and deflated breasts underwent a breast lift and 200cc of fat grafting to the upper pole of her breasts for autologous augmentation. Her breast bra cup remains the same and she is shown six months after surgery with much improved shape, volume, and symmetry.

Procedures: Bilateral breast lift with autologous augmentation and revision abdominoplasty.
