41 year old White woman with two pregnancies and 140 pound weight loss after bariatric surgery, had excess skin with laxity and symptomatic pannus that was treated with abdominoplasty. She also had 23 year old saline breast implants (375cc on right and 400cc on left) now with breasts sagging with waterfall deformity that required breast revision with removal and replacement of her old implants for smooth round high projection silicone implants (440cc on right and 470cc on left) with breast lift for a mommy makeover. Photos are from three months post operation with much tighter and flatter abdomen and much improved abdominal contours and also a better positioned and shapelier breasts.
