Description

53 year old mother of two who had a previous abdominoplasty 24 years ago done elsewhere had a poorly placed abdominal incision with an obvious step-off and skin excess with laxity.  To bring her scar lower and improve the shape of her abdomen she underwent a revision abdominoplasty with trunk liposuction (in addition to a breast lift and fat grafting to the upper pole of her breasts for autologous augmentation). She is shown six weeks after surgery with much improved results.
