41 year old White woman with previous pregnancy requested an tummy tuck for laxity of her abdomen and liposuction for excess waist and flank fat and she had a previous breast augmentation elsewhere complicated by malposition and enlarged areola. She underwent a mommy makeover with liposuction of waist and flanks and abdominoplasty plus breast revision removing her 255cc silicone implant in exchange for 385cc (right) and 415cc (left) smooth round moderate plus silicone implants along with capsule tightening and areola reduction.
